Show us an awesome mustache.
Submitted by Soup.
We tease someone we know all the time because he has a mustache. It was his birthday so we all got into the act. When he showed up, all of us turned around and said "Happy Birthday!" looking like this. It was great.
When Adam wears this mustache, I greet him with "Heeeey Maario!"
Show us a name tag.

Well this is after a wedding, one of my faves that I took:
Show us the contents of your bag or pockets.
Ok so I always have a bunch of random crap in my purse. So.. yeah..
- 4 handmade little pouches
- business card holder; little owl fabric! purchased at the maker faire! loooove it
- Uptown Contemporary Coin Purse (by etsy user: dancingkat); brown circles on blue - originally lived in my laptop bag, but migrated to my purse.
- makeup bag; nintendo controller (by etsy user: bravemoonman). i'm a geek and damn proud.
- camera bag; camera felt pouch! (by etsy user: hine)
- two pens
- one roll of film (holga film! need to develop to see if I did everything right)
- 3 hair sticks (probably because I keep throwing them in there thinking there were none)
- one scrunchie (because the hair sticks get lost)
- keys that i can never find (adam finds this hilarious, he says i need a bigger white piece of plastic on them, maybe one that beeps or shouts "i'm here! i'm here!")
- starbucks mints I have yet to taste
- one necklace I wore weeks ago
- dog tags (in case i needed to reshoot them for a work project - some of us know how well that turned out.. hmph)
- calendar doodad with my own picture on the cover (diy)
- coupons for those 'just in case' moments (BevMo, BluCocoon, two for Michaels)
- one black ring from thecarrotbox.com
- one stretchy frog flinger left over from my friend's Leap Day birthday party (he's "8" years old)
- makeup (why bother)
- Canon battery (I was wondering where that was!)
- Wallet, phone, lotion, tea tree oil papers...
and that's it! I forgot to take a photo of my purse.. but it's ugly. So who cares!

Audio: Congrats, you're the radio DJ! What six songs are in your first on-air set?
Submitted by LeendaDLL.
Ok I can't believe I'm even going to challenge myself with such a question!
Oh .. wait, first.. YAAAAAY Sanjaya is GONE!!!
Alrighty so, KJEN radio would play...
Now... this is tough. Which song? I'd have to say a LIVE song would probably be best. I've got my iPod on, headphones.. gotta go through some songs .. must have a perfect pick...
It's tough. There's the awesome lyrical songs (Angel, Lost Myself in Search of You...) there's the awesome makes-you-want-to-cry guitar work; All Been Said Before - watch him on YouTube (have I said how much I love YouTube?!) You'll get a peek at his humor too - then click on every other video he's in ok?
.. man I need to see Matt Nathanson again soon. He's so dreamy..er.. I mean, RAWKING (hot).
Ok that's it. I choose All Been Said Before for it's KILLER guitar rippin' and his sexy voice. sigh.
2... Ok this is hard.First, who follows Matt?! But besides that.. do I go with a theme? Should it make sense? PSHAW.
2. Chicago or Moody Blues. Random huh? I LOVE both. I've seen both in concert - granted at the Moody Blues show I and my friend were probably the only ones under 45 there. But it was so awesome. Chicago was a blast too!
Which songs?
Chicago: Saturday in the Park.. or Hard to Say I'm Sorry.. ooh or You're The Inspiration.. I can't decide.
Moody Blues: Tuesday Afternoon! ... or Lovely to See You.. or Nights in White Satin..
3. Moist
Who? Wha? Moist was a damn hot band up yonder in Canada. Back in 1996 an online friend of mine began sending me oodles and oodles of mp3s and CDs from various popular Canadian musicians. Moist was one of them. Lead by David Usher (who later split off and developed quite a successful solo career.) Anyway.. they're rock with violins and cellos and all sorts of uniqueness. OH You know the Sarah McLachlan (which btw she's next on my list) video for Building a Mystery? David Usher is the main dood in it. He's the one building the mystery! So the songs..
There are three albums that I have and cannot reaallly decide to choose from. Silver, Creature, and Mercedes Five & Dime. If I were to try to persuade someone into falling into deep lust with this band, I'd give 'em Creature. Silver is the next one, once you've loved Creature, get some history. Theeeen move on to their final (I believe) album, Mercedes. So for my radio song.. hmm.. I'd pick...Resurrection!
4. Sarah McLachlan! Really she should be #2, but that's ok. She's ok right here after her Canadian bros.
So what the hell do I choose? It's like... which breath is your favorite? Yeah, I just compared her music to the importance of breathing - you bet your damn bippy I did.
Let's go into her old stuff.. something from Rarities.. ooh. Dear God. Such a powerful song. I listened to it a lot after my grandmother died. Lyrics for your reading pleasure:
I don't believe in heaven and hell.
No saints, no sinners,
No devil as well.
No pearly gates, no thorny crown.
You're always letting us humans down.
The wars you bring, the babes you drown.
Those lost at sea and never found,
And it's the same the whole world round.
The hurt I see helps to compound,
That the father, son and holy ghost,
Is just somebody's unholy hoax,
And if you're up there you'll perceive,
That my hearts here upon my sleeve.
If there's one thing I don't believe in...
It's you,
Dear god.
There's SO much more.. but it's getting late and I still have two more songs to come up with!
5. Amanda Marshall
Another awesome Canadian with not only gnarly curls on her head but a voice with soul. Song?
Let It Rain, from her title album Amanda Marshall.
6. Mary Jane Lamon & Ashley MacIssac - Sleepy Maggie (!!!! the video! you can hear the song!! click! give it a chance!)
Ok so this one is just for kicks ;) My friend sent me this song way back when (which explains the not-so-hot mp3 quality, but I deal with it cause it's just a fun song.) I have no clue what it is about. I have no idea what she is saying in the song - why? Because it's in Gaelic. Mary Jane sings while Ashley MacIssac plays the HELL out of a fiddle. It's got a nifty beat in the background too. Just too much fun!
So there you go.. a mixture of faves which includes a heavy dose of Canadian music.
